It was a beautiful sunny day on the beach and my dress was perfect. I am so thankful that you were able to get my dress in time since I ordered it so late. |

We were able to have Austin's father perform the ceremony. It really meant a lot to have him do that since we currently are not member of a church and wanted to have a religious ceremony. We still needed to hire a judge to do officially marry of us, since Austin's father was not legally able to, but the judge work with us and married us privately after our ceremony!
Austin sister also planned a wedding part dance for us. It was a complete surprise during our reception. We love the movie Hitch and she incorporated all the silly dances from the movie into it. That was something that we won't forget! |

Remember your fiance! I tried to take into consideration what he wanted. It made the day more special for him knowing that even though it was 'my day', there were still things that were definitely him incorporated into the day. He is a huge car fan and we had our wedding at the ACD Museum. He loved it; the museum made it very memorable for all the guys, not just Austin! |

Ultimately, it must be what you want it to be. This is the one day that you get to make everything exactly how you choose. Don't compromise your ideas and values to please others. If you do, at the end of the day, you will look back and second guess some of your decisions. Above all, don't loose sight that this is the first day of the rest of your life with your husband, so make him feel loved and involved in the decision making. With all of the planning involved, it can become easy to loose sight of the true reason you are getting married. The day does go very fast, so have pictures taken. When you look back at the pictures, you get to enjoy your wedding day all over again! |

The couple met at a church youth group event. They were married 7 years and 2 months later. Their engagement lasted about 2 and a half years
As a surprise for their wedding guests, they secretly took ballroom dancing lessons. They danced a choreographed dance at their reception. |

Don't worry about the small stuff. If something goes wrong and doesn't go as perfect as you planned it to be, then just try your best to forget about it and not worry about it. After all, your wedding day is about marrying the man of your dreams! All that really matters is that you say, I do, and promise to love each other and be together for the rest of your lives! |

Stephanie's wedding took place in Defiance, Ohio. She met her groom at a friends, house. They were engaged for a year and 8 months before their wedding day. |

I got extremely stressed up to the last month before the wedding and I will share what I had shared with me. Don't stress the details that you won't remember after the wedding. You will get to the point where you won't even care because as long as you walked out of the church married, that's all that matters. Most of all, you are marrying your best friend and will be happy on that day and begin your new happy life! |
